Promoted itself as useful doesn't even work Rip-off

I asked my dad to get me net detective for my birthday, little did I know that it's about as useful as the phone book. It links you to services that you can pay to do what the program was said to do on it's own.

It's a rip off, you'll never get a refund and you can't even reload it if somehow a file gets accidently deleted on your computer. The have no customer service. Alot of their pages don't work or are expired, the phone search is a joke... Superpages.com does a way better and faster job.
