Get a positive, go crazy on ebay

I bought 1 lot of items from this woman on eBay, and when I got them, they smelled strongly of smoke, both the packing and the items.

When I opened the package, it was "WHOA!", and it affected my sinus. I am allergic to cigarette smoke, and the smell of stale smoke was gross, and it was not mentioned in the listing. I'd have passed if it was.

So, the same day - I get an email from the woman asking if I'd received the package. And immediately after that, another email that was unbelieveably rude and nasty, telling a woman off for supposedly giving the eBay seller above less than 5 stars. The email was really bad.

I emailed the sender, and told her that I had received the otems, and also the email meant for someone else, and that I thought the email was really bad.

I left a positive feedback, with a few good comments, and then mentioned that the package smelled like smoke. The other person left a postitive for her, too!

So now she came unglued on me, and emailed that I was stupid and these were old items, and she didn't smell any smoke. Yeah, probably because she smokes! She said her junk was better than the stuff I buy, and that I was
rude and obnoxious for leaving that feedback. She said she would have taken the items back. I didn't want to send them back, I wanted others to know that her items smelled like smoke! That's all. Honesty.

Two customers treated badly because they left truthful POSITIVES. I'd hate to see what she does if you leave her a Negative!
