You Don't Get What You Pay For... You Don't Get Anything!

Ordered two replacement cartridges from this company on Feb. 5. Their site says orders will be shipped the same day, if received by 3pm. I ordered at 8am. Received confirmation and order number from the company via email of my purchase.

A week went by, did not receive the product. They are located in Ohio and so am I. Mail service is two to three days, at most, across the State. Sent several emails to their various email addresses, no replies. Called their listed customer service toll free number... It's not working. Called the local number listed... No one ever answers. Called a couple of times during daytime hours for over a week. I suspect they are going out of business.

Finally filed a complaint with Paypal, as I paid through them. I did receive a response from SwapInk. They said my product was on back order until, at least, February 23, and I could cancel or wait until it came it. The product shows as in stock and there was never any notification sent to the effect that it was out of stock.in fact, other than the confirmation, there was no communication, at all. I have asked for a refund via Paypal and filed a complaint with the Cleveland BBB.

I would suggest that you do not deal with this company. The practices are suspect, at best. Quite frankly, I think they are going out of business. They did have a store front in a strip mall in North Olmstead, but they don't answer the phone in that location. Most companies will not bill you if the product is on back order and will notify you of such. Their prices are low, but you don't get what you pay for... You don't get anything.
