Contacted google in regards to this, saying that wanted someone to place ads. Google states they use outside sources for this endeavor in marketing. The 1.00 kit turned into a daily debit once signed up. Every ad posted costs you $49.99 and i posted alot only then to find out they debited my credit card for each ad posted.
