Fraudulent, Unauthorized Withdrawal From My Checking Account!

According to what the gentleman reported before me, is EXACTLY what happened to me.

All I can add is that on their web-site, they boast about how great their services are and that supposedly Consumer Reports have given them 5 stars. However there is no link to prove this - I believe this is intentional.

Since Dec. 3 of I have been trying to get them to refund my money. I started out nice and gave them chance after chance to refund my money. As the gentleman states, I too tried their product for the 7 day free trial. I canceled after 2 days because it was difficult for me to understand.

I told them I have saved every e-mail of our transactions, And still that have denied my refund. I would like to add at this time that I am on disability with an extremely low income. The $49.99 was a big chunk out out of my meager substance.

I was advised to report them to report them to the Attorney General of their state - California. Does this do any good? I threatened them with this about a month ago, and I got a weak reply (Did you fill out a cancellation report?) I have not heard anything from them ever since!

Please, I know there are many peole who this has happened to. Please report this company!!
