Gateway / hurley State Bank rip-off billing me for shipping & handling years late

On may 1999 i opened a account with gateway computer, a couple of months later it was some how charged to me credit card which i have paid off. Now on my credit report there is a fee of $515 for late charges and shipping and handling that i now owe to this company.
