Fraudulant Web Optimization Company stands behind Unscrupulous Sales tactics

This is my personal experience with FirstWeb Search located In Nevada.in Summary this company sold me a service they cannot provide and is trying to force me to do something I did not agree to at the time of sale by allowing a fake front to be attached to my website and have IT optimized rather than my own domain name and actual site. I was contacted by phone and was sold a website optimization package from First web search in the amount of $ 1995.00 back in August. I was told they would be optimizing MY SITE there fore increasing my rankings with the top search engines. After they accepted my payment by phone and I was turned over to work with a Project Manager, He began to explain that i had a site builder site that they could not optimize my site as every time I made changes to my site it would erase what they did to optimize it. He explained that they could make me a new website that would allow the optimization. I told him no. I wanted to use my site. I told him that I was not told that when I was sold the package and they accepted my payment. At no time during the sales process was that ever mentioned. I would have never agreed to it. He replied that they could build a fake front that people would see, they click on and it would go directly to my site. I told him that I wanted to talk to the tech and he refused. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor as this was not what I agreed to. I have spoken to several reps completely unaware of my situation and have not had resolution. I have spoken to the owner Rita Jenkins today after having heated conversations with a Ms Jones (My 3rd project manager) assigned by them as my other 2 disappered, and a gentleman Mr Woolfe presenting himself as the head of the optimazion team. All three completely overtalked me causing all of us to raise our voices. Ms. Jones says they have a no refund policy even after admitting that Mr Woolfe lied to me and others and that is the reason he is no longer there to handle my acct.

There have been several contacts and no one seems aware of any of the previous complaints or contacts by thier own company. I am sick there wasn't anything online about them when i researched them. Hopefully this will help the next person.
