Scentcrafters "beware scam artists"

To anyone who is reading this report. Please listen! I ordered a custom perfume from Scentcrafters on 12-10-08. I still have not received by product or a refund.

I have call Adam Schultz at least (20) times and all I have gotten is a voice mail. I left messages for him to call me back, but he never has. I did get through to him one time and I said after almost (2) months, I just want a refund. "He said we don't give refunds". However, their return policy is that they will refund your money.

I finally got an email from them saying they shipped out my perfume and they gave me a tracking number but when I contacted the USPS they informed me that they never received a package from them. This is a bogus company.

The last email I received from them was hate mail. They told me I was sick and needed help. I have filed a complaint againt them with the Attorney General's office in Michigan.

If anyone has been ripped off by this company, please I would like to hear from you because I am going to file a lawsuit against them. They have to be stopped.

Once again, please do not order from this company, I don't want to see innocent people be taken as I was.
