Computer Assistant.com is ass. We were contracted out to fix some problems and ended up needing to go back to site thhe next day. They didn't give a shit about the fact that, OH MY we had to DRIVE there, and that uses a fuel called GASOLINE! Which isn't free. We can't all be lucky like you Carol and just naturally be full of gas. On the job site they never answered their phone. The medical support team that we were doing the work for was great though. If it weren't for them we would have had NO WAY of checking in and out of site. That's bullshit!!!

Then it came down to faxing the paper work in and oops they forgot to mention they needed extra information on the work order paper before faxing. What an inconvienance. Why not just say so in the work description? Hear is the REAL funny part. When you call the 1-800 number you can use carols extension and of course she never answers the phone, probably got her mouth full, her voicemail says, "if it is an emergency, please call Tambi (or however you spell that name) and she gives you the extension for that." did I get an answer? NOOOOOOOO. Wow, simply amazing. The worst company to ever work for.

Then when it came time to close work order for payment it took 2 weeks to get a spend limit increase and then 2 more days just to approve for payment. Mother*er. Then she has the nerve to tell me that if I would have mentioned travel compensation BEFORE going onsite the first day she COULD have worked something out. That's Bulshit!!! How was I to know I would be going onsite again? Dumb Ass!

That's not all! I worked my ass off and the job was done perfect! How did they rate me? 5.7 / 6... wtf? 5.7? You gotta be kidding me! I went out two fuc*ing days put up with BULLSHIT!!! From the job site (rude nnurses) and the like and went that extra mile, and I get a 5.7?? Ohhhhh... That was the last straw.

If these people were on the side of the road dying, i'd leave them there to rot in hell. I encourage you to NOT become a provider on their website and if you go through another company that has buyers, then block this one and never accept work orders from them! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
