Wow what a RIPOFF!
I asked the company before I placed my order if the gold I was interested was in stock and ready to deliver immediately and was told "yes it is, please place order and give me order number". So I did. I placed my order via paypal and gave them the order number that was sent to me in the email confirmation.

I was told to sign into the game and wait for a "whisper" from one of their employees. Well, I waited over and hour and came back to the webiste livehelp area. I asked what happened and that I never got contacted by anyone. He/she told me to hold please while they "look into it".

I waited for about 15 minutes and finally said "hello?"
they responded back with "Im sorry but we are low on supply on your server at the moment, could you please check back in 24 hours?"
I WAS LIVID!!!
I told them I had asked first if it were ready to be delivered and was told IT WAS.
What a lie.

To make a long story short here... Its been a week now and I finally got my refund processed (which took more and more lies from them to understand too) because I threatened them with so many reporting agencies I think they shat themselves.

Even thought I was refunded, I am still holding true to my word and reporting them all over the internet.
NO ONE should be lied to by any company for any reason if you are planning on being a short term or long term customer.

Bottom line here...
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LYING BASTARDS!
If they tell you the gold is in stock before you place your order, ask them to meet you in game and open a trade window FIRST and show you the gold personally before placing your order.
If they cant do that for you... Then they dont have it and you'll end up like me.
