There is a precedent, and charges were brought by the FTC. So don't defend these (censored).

I am also a victim of this Alyon. I read about your report (censored) and I saw the news footage as well. I must tell you that these people are (censored) and are dialing up foreign countries from the modems of their victims (notice I do not say customers - no one is a customer here - we have been used as phone service providers). Where is this money going? These are international calls to foreign entities. It may well be far more serious than a phone (censored). It is not uncommon for their profits to exceed upwards of $50,000, 000 in a short time frame. I live in NYC, and I witnessed firsthand what terror is. Do not allow these people to take American dollars and use them against American citizens. The terror networks are very sick-minded in this way -they love using our planes, training, and our money against us!

I was disappointed with your report and I hope you know that this company is using your words to defend their scheme. As a law enforcer you have an obligation to PROTECT the public. Why do you protect these (censored)? Please retract your statement and help the authorities bring them to justice. Check your phone bill - chances are if you didn't delete their files - you will be billed for calling Africa or some other continent!

Please restore my faith in law enforcement.

P.S. You don't have to direct me to any other state authorities. And if this is not your jurisdiction and you pass me to some other law enforcement - then you have no business writing statements in Alyon's favor. If you can't help then don't hurt our case! That is obstruction of justice!
