Bait & switch high pressure sale. Sold me a monitor, said there was glue on glass that could be removed. It was scratched, BADLY, right in the "sweet spot". Asked for an exchange under warranty terms. Was accused of extortion and owner through me out of business.

They build an sell junk. Anyone I've spoken to who has bought from them says so. There are lines at there stores for problems and complaints.

Bad reputation on BBB.com website. Sells bad computers, doesn't honor warranties. If repairs are done, takes months, and usually is not done correctly.

POOR-POOR-POOR customer service.

Buyer beware.in fact, turn and run.
