ClubIT Rebates are not always True. Try not to be fooled by scammers and fly by the night companies

I Bought an external hard drive from ClubIT with a $30.00 mail-in rebate. After I submitted the required paper warks, I was approved and I was sent a check but from a closed account, that in fact subjucted me to a $10.00 fee.
I Contacted them a couple of times and they told me that they are in transiton to another bank and I will be receiveing a new check, including the $10 fee that I incurred, soon that actually never happend.
I tried to call them several times after that several times but I was not able to reach anybody after that. Right now I don't know what to do.
