Buyer beware, intem never recieved, no response from emails

I ordered moccasins from this shop, they have a claim that they are a Authorized Dealer. They are the top of the Google crawl. I ordered, requested size in order to place the order, paid via pay pal and it brought me back ot the homepage of their site. I never got a email with order number or anything. Days went by, no email with tracking number or word that they have shipped the moccasins.

I sent an email requesting order status and a tracking number, no response. I emailled again, no response. Some days later I did get a weird phone call, a rushed man on the line claimed I never requested the size, I told him I found that odd but gave hm the requested size. He then said they would be shipping immediately, that day. I was happy and figured we would be getting them within a week or so. It has been over 2 weeks with no moccasins, no response to 2 more emails. ALL I have asked for was a tracking number.

I have ordered several more items online with different merchants online, some items coming from Washinton state, Arizona and Canada and I have recieved each of those items within a week to 2 weeks after placing the order. I have also recieved tracking numbers for each one as well.in fact I just recieved today, a box shipped to me from California with an item I purchased just 1 week ago. We live in Florida.

I have opened a dispute with Paypal, have seen online several complaints similar to mine. I just want to warn other people to research before buying anything online.
