This person has been kicked off eBay for stealing patterns and pictures and selling these patterns with pictures as her own. She has stolen patterns from people advertised in Country Sampler, Create and Decorate, and Mercantile Gatherings, and more. How can this be stopped?

Google Blogger makes it easy for a person to go unmoderated and continue to
steal from someone. She gives patterns away to draw people in and then tells people where they can buy the products. A good switch and bait tactic for the untalented.

But they are unaware that this person has a pattern of not sending items to

When PayPal has to make a judgement it is after the seller has refused
to acknowledge the communication from the buyer and PayPal...

She had posted on her blog that she owed all the rights to all of her tutorials now she has changed it, she is now stating that no one truly owns a copyright so use it at will.

Am I missing something?

What about the laws? She snubs them. She is saying that your rights don't matter, and that she doesn't respect what this country stands for; freedom, but not at the expense of stealing from others to get there. That is what happened at Enron and look what happened to them!

All of the victims want their rights under the US Copyright Laws to be respected and acknowledged; and for Char Sethman, charsethman, dba Torn and Tattered Treasures and / or The Pickled Pepper Patch to cease all use of any and all patterns, and items created from the products immediately, in any format, in paper, print, online or in person; and to cease the sharing, selling, or giving away of these items effect immediately in ALL venues; present and future and to recall any and all patterns sold, shared, and given away.
