Slammed my at&t account - billed me for some service I didn't authorize

This company decided to bill me for a service I didn't ask for on my AT&T account. When I called to dispute the charges and after I told them I had never heard of them before, they let me know that they were doing me a favor by crediting the amount charged "just as a courtesy."
I told them to send me a copy of the authorization, and it had an old business address from 1992 on it! What a bunch of crap.
