USA Notebook is owned by Julius Kluger who also owns several other domains, including NotebookSmart.Us. Someone with access to NotebookSmart.Us created an eBay account in late December, bought several electronic components and then deleted the account in the middle of January. This user bid and won an item I was selling and never paid for it. I tried to contact the seller and they never responded. After doing some research, this Julius Kluger is some kind of crook. Don't do business with any company associated with this name.
