In January Rick Jorgenson/MTN was getting people encouraging large results with working/managing promotional initiatives on Web.
He charged for that account charge people$7,500.
Their preliminary results were terrible.
Subsequently in May he decided to Return the charge to people who required it (most did).
Subsequently month after month, Rick Jorgenson continues to be providing various reasons and also the costs were never returned.
It's been twelve months currently because he took people cash, delivering emails with lies and fake guarantees, but discounts never arrived.
