Id onlock ripped me off

Id onlock took $29.95 from my checking account without authorization. They said that it was because i received a payday loan and that when i signed the payday loan i also authorized them to take money out. I did not receive a payday loan. I asked them to refund my money back and they said that they could not do that. They told me that they could send me a $120 certificate to use on line at three different stores via e-mail. It now has been two weeks and 8 phone calls later and i still have not recieved it.

Everytime i called to check the status they would tell me that my email address was wrong and they said that they fixed it, but yet the next time i called it was still wrong. They would then tell me it would be 24-48 hours and when i called they would tell me it was in their system and to give it 2-3 days.

I now believe that this is a rip off and they never intend to send me anything via email.
