Watch out user who looks for cheap dial-up, 550access steals your money even after you canceled their service, it's a nightmare. They reported to my creditcard bank saying I never cancelled, because they kept changing their methods of cancellation. First they require me to call to cancel, I did that, plus sending them an email to cancel. They lied to my bank (Bank Of America is also stupid listening to them instead of their customers) I cut them off both all togather. Now Bank America needs your bail-out money for their business failure. This is funny. Don't even trust them any more. Let them die these krooks.
Lesson is learned.
