Trouble registering card

I purchased a Natural Dot-Credit onlineshopping card in a Riteaid shop. I attempted to join up it online but none of the figures, possibly about the cover, about the card, or about the shop bill, was the best registration number. On the site, low of the types of cards appeared as if the Internet Shopping Card I've - mine is red. Used to donot only choose it-up about the road someplace, I purchased from the trustworthy shop! How do I correct this? May the card be traded by Credit (in the end, they place their title onto it!) for a gift card, like one I applied before without any issue? May the shop go back? It'snot been utilized! I truly require this cash - I invested $200 and that's a great deal for me personally. Please support!
