Started two accounts on same day, charged for both, received nothing

When I called to order I was set up with 2 accounts without my knowledge and charged on both accounts. The original order was Dec. 11,08 for ACAI berry detox supreme.

To date of Jan 16, I have received nothing.
So far they have charged my card $356.42. I have followed up with credit card co., and told FWM to cancel my acct twice.
