Charged $29 After Cancelling, Refund Obtained by Calling Number

Same thing happened to me. 1 dollar then after I had called the number they said to and cancelled I was charged 29 dollars. When I called 866-341-0767 I spoke with a lady and when I told her I cancelled and was charged anyway she informed me that my account was still active. Then she tried to tell me I was going to have to pay that money then I told her I was not going to pay that money and I needed to be reimbursed immediately and she finally said ok the money will be put back into my account. So whether it is a problem at the cancellation place or they are just trying to be tricky just call this number be a little aggressive and you will be reimbursed. Hope this helps
