Never sent items that I paid fo

I ordered two magazines subscriptions on September 14, and used PayPal to pay for both of them. As of Januuary 16, I have not yet received either magazine. I have tried emailing the company and got no response. I tried calling and the number I was given is no longer in service. I do NOT recommend buying from this company.
