Charged my credit card using info from aol-ripoff artists

Simple Escapes2 charged my credit card $135.00 without my authorization. It is the same credit card America Online uses to bill me every month. I did not fill out any forms and did not give them any personal information. When I called the company to question the charges they new my name, address and telephone number along with other personal information.
