Been taken for a ride and didn't know it Boca Ratten

Well I was looking at my bank statement and noticed that there were some charges to my account that I didn't make. I called the number that was on the statement and no one answered the phone I just got a auto answering system. They would tell you large volume of calls you are important to us, press 0 to stay on hold or 1 to leave a voice mail. I would press 0 to hold then they would tell you your number 5,3, 2,1, and when you got to 1 you were told again to press 0 to hold or 1 for voice mail. This just kept happening I did this for 1.5 hours and no one called back or ever answered the phone. So, I looked googled them they help you save money. I never even went to this web page in my life until today 01-09-09. I thought well you are charging me for a membership I tried to log on. Sorry your not a member. Hmmm. Then why am I being charge 1 dollar here 1 there 12.95,29.95 and on. So called my bank to see what I had to do to stop these charges for going on my account. If they keep it up I'll be broke in a week. They have charged me over $100 this month and it's only 9 days into it. So if you see this on your statement call your bank.
