This company will not give you a refund, no matter how many times you ask for one. The quality of their logo drafts is very amateur compared to what is in their portfolio on their website. I wanted to ask for a refund after the first round of logo drafts they sent. I gave them another two chances to send me something I would be happy with, but only got the same low quality stuff. I then asked for a refund in Oct and I still have nothing from them. 49 pounds is a lot of money where I come from... And I got nothing for it... No refund and no logo.
