Ripoff before ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam St petersburg

Went to circuit city to buy a vedio card and a few other things for the computer while shopping i got a chance to see how this store handels its product before it goes on the shelf they slam it around in totes on the floor when

I asked the young lady that was handeling this
product if that was nessaserry i was informed that the totes were heavey i understood that part but if they are so heavey why are employees made to move them by hand so i went some place else but they didnt have what i wanted so i went back to circuit city

Now this is the second time i went here on the same day they were still moving the totes and slaming them around so i went to the store manager and was told by him that this is the way they always treat the product so when asked if it dont work could we return it we were told no you are stuck with it so we left the store witout anything so i was riped off before i was riped off
