I've been trying to cancel the WOW account for over 6 months, they continue billing, the service number is never answered, email is never responded to. To cancel my debit card for one irresponsible account is insane, but that's what I will be doing tomorrow.in addition to canceling the pending transactions, and filing whatever I can to note their complete discredit.
