Total rip-off. How can i get my money back

These people are horrible. After paying $39.95 i can't get anything. There are no records on anyone in my family. Terrible waste of my hard earned money. On the times i thouht i might get something, i would have to pay more money.
How can i get my money back and at the same time let others know of the scam?
