Ripoff ripoff business from hell

I am a single mother with a child in college. My credit has not been very good for a while. So, when I saw "Free Credit Report" on my email, I thought what the heck. I need to see what is on the report. My annual salary is at poverty level, but I really wanted to see what was going on with my credit. After I saw the fee of 79.95, I decided against it. I recieved a letter in the mail stating they only needed a little more information to start the process. I tour the letter up and threw it away. Then in January I started seeing "overdraft" charges on my checking account. I could not understand what was happening. It was not until with the help of my bank did I discover this money was debited out of my account. It seems that ever since this money was taken from me, I have been in trouble with one overdraft charge after another. I emailed Consumerinfo.com and stated my claim. They responded with the message of helping me in the order they recieved my email... What is that all about?
