Complete fraud, out and out theft of consumers money, no intention of sending product, no contact info

I purchased Gucci shoes on 12/15 from legendkicks.com for $84.00. The charged showed on my credit card as being charged from Famous Wears. They have identical websites.
I got a so called confirmation, but a couple of days later they e-mailed me that under new management my order wont be processed and that I would get a refund.
I checked the website and they were still taking orders!!! They have not returned any e-mail requests nor have I received a refund.

They also gave my Bank phony contact info. A complete and utter ripoff. I cancelled my credit card because they will may sell the info.

If I could find out thier credit card processor I could stop them from being able to accept cards period.
