Google Kit Scam

I thought that I'd purchased a Google Kit for $3.88. Nine days later, I had a charge for $72.21 on my bank account and no kit. When I called the company they told me that I'd purchased a membership, that I should have read the terms and conditions, and that they would not be refunding my money because, although I was misled, it was legal.

I have disputed the charges with my bank, but it will take at least four months for me to know the results.in the meantime, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This is a total scam. When I saw the $72.21 charge on my account I tried to contact the company, but there was no phone number. I found a number for a third party company on a website complaining about the scam, but they claimed to not know how to directly contact the company. It was only after I contacted our bank that I got a direct number. For any of you struggling to get your money back, you're probably out of luck. However, if you want to complain you can call 888-760-6767. The service representatives are rude, but it may make you feel a little better.
