On August 18th of I purchased official tv sports product for $21.99, so that I may watch sports games on-line, that are not televised on my network. I followed the instructions and downloaded the recommended products that were supposed to make it work. After a number of attempts and e-mail support@officialtvsports.com, it would not work. (there is no phone number to talk to a person about tech support or any other dept.).

I came to the fact it wasn't going to work on my computer, so I ask for a refund via e-mail. I was e-mailed back that read, the refund would be released on the 8th or 9th of the following month, for thats when accounting was able to release the funds. That date came and went, so again I contacted them via e-mail, and was told the same thing, the funds would be released on the 8th or 9th of November.

After not receiving a refund for the second month, I again tried, but this time no answers of any kind. I have been ripped off, and hope that I can inform others through this report, so that no one else falls for the same trap. I still haven't stopped trying to get my money back.
