Works BUT Their Billing Is Misleading. Billed me twice what they said they would

This company promised me t jacks at 19.95 each that included 1 year of service for both. The deal sounded great. After carefully asking detailed questions like "Exactly what will my bill be, how much will the total be, and when will the bill hit?" I felt confident they were on the up and up.

15 days into my trail I was hit with a bill twice what they said it would be. After trying to find a number for them I realized you can only talk to them via the chat on the web site. I gave the rep all of my information and was told I was being billed correctly. He then gave me an address and the form location for the RMA.

They could care less I was told one thing then billed another.

These are the facts with my purchase. If you feel this is ok for a company to do then by all means do business with them. I plan on telling as many people as possible to stay away.
