Charged me $69.95 1.50 for a product called "Spyguardcould never get it to work

I applied on-line for Spyguard2008 Dec 14. I was sent registration product key "B253C-4CF36-9478A-77534-9D16A-D3B87-E17A5-FEF8D.
I tried to register and activate this software countless times to no avail. When I tryed to contact the company, they never answer me. I've E-mailed the at there support e-mail address... No answer.
I have been Ripped Off!!!
