IDONLOCK charged me for a sign up fee I never agreed too

I found a charge on my checking statement for this IDONLOCK company for $29.95. I never visited there site and had no clue who they were. I called them. I got a woman I could barely understand. I explained to her I never ordered this and wanted my money returned and this thing immediately cancelled to which she replied we can cancel this, but you agrred to sign up. I told her I never visited the site and never signed up for any such service. If I did sign up why not a confirmation email stating I signed up? To which she replied I was being rude and if the call escalates she would hang up. I replied your going to hang up because I am asking questions about money you obviously stole from me? She put another person who I could understand even less on the phone and he said we are hanging up and hung up. These people are criminals and belong in prison.
