Upon trying to cancel during the trial period of the product i was informed of all sorts of fees i was to pay. That were not laid out ahead of time.

I tried solving this issue with them where i was hung up on twice. (once the woman blatantly hung up on me mid conversation)

I ended up having to go to my bank and cancel my card
