Selling services by talking in broken english very fast so that you cannot understand what they are saying. Start with the idea that the local phone company will no longer provide services and that they are taking over something. Although we were disconnected, I did not authorize any transactions. Received a card in the mail stating that my telephone will be charged $49.95 per month.
