I've created NUMEROUS experimented with understand this organization to contact me regarding something problem I've been obtaining for months today. After I contact all I get may be the 'work-a-round' stating a boss isn't accessible which one will-call me back. Effectively one ultimately does (Jordan) two nights later and just claims 'Steve this really is Eileen at Homestead returning your phone'. No-return telephone number to get hold of him at and so I need to call-back into assistance and nicely, you thought it, he's unavailable and so I need to abandon another concept.

I've exposed numerous help tickets to which NONE have now been precisely responded or resolved my issues. I eventually followed the boss (Justin Kitch) down and sent him to which it got over per week to obtain a response. He essentially offered me the work-a-round to informing me he'd have somebody contact me. Properly per week went by with no phone.

If you should be buying great hosting company, it's NOT Homestead! Avoid these A*holes. They're liars and cheaters.
