I too tried to order Bendaroos at smartcss@3plworldwide.com and they submitted the order without my consent and I received a confirmation. I did not want that order to go through since I was wondering why I couldn't back out of the site. How can I dispute this? Can I get my money back? Did they ever send the product? Please advise.
