Fraud and cheating

We initially had a passionate host with Ipower plus they offered their specific host device to IHsystems. We've been together for a few months and our website continues to be down at least one time per week. Subsequently on October 24th it transpired at 7:30 pm. We delivered a help solution at 9pm. About the 25th we were still along and so I named assistance, they mentioned we'd be up by 10pm about the 25th.

Subsequently named after 10pm when nevertheless not up, subsequently informed we'd be up on 10am about the 26th. Named five times about the 26th & I had been informed at 2pm that it'd be up in 10 minutes. Now's 6pm and website however down, NEARLY 48 HOURS AND STILL DOWN!!! Last moment I named they explained to put on on they might get anyone to assist me plus they moved me from the organization with a men telephone who'd no idea what I had been referring to.

We're an internet store and that's why we went to get a specific host with Ipower who we'd an extended connection with and purchased advanced assistance. HERE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SUPPORT, INEXPERIENCED ORGANIZATION I've EVER HANDLED AND WE'VE LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AS A RESULT OF THIS! I do want to understand who's likely to purchase the 48-hours of company dropped?

They state they delivered us a contact a couple of hours prior to the outage informing people it had been likely to be an 'prolonged interruption'. BS, we never received something of course if we did, what might we've completed in two or three hours? They agreed to provide us 15 times of free website hosting for that to date $75,000 we dropped in revenue.

Anything you do, AVOID THIS TERRIBLE, WRETCHED ORGANIZATION! When you have your site located there today, abandon or you'll get burned! As of this moment we're still along and that I may revise with how as it happens.
