I purchased several pairs of UGGs boots from this website, which claimed to be California based and also claimed to be a member of the BBB. I can not find them in BBB. They shipped me knock-off UGGs boots and when I tried to return them I could not find a return address on the package or on their website. Their site claims that you can return any product unused within 5 days for a full refund and you're directed to email them to request a return verification number. I have emailed them daily for the past several days with no response. I am quickly approaching my 5 day limit and I'm unsure what to do at this point. I appreciate you warning others about this company.
