Offered me a "free" Google Pro Kit for $3.88 S&H, then an unauthorized charge of $72.21 when I went to their website

They sent me an unsolicited email, offering a "free" Google Pro Kit for $3.88 S&H. They then sent an email inviting me to go to their website using a user name and password they supplied. When I did this, that apparently triggered the $72.21 charge to my debit card. There was no indication whatever on their website that this charge was being made.

This is the worst "bait & switch" tactic I have been subjected to. Their customer service people are adamant in their refusal to reverse this fraudalent charge. The persons who run this scam, should be prosecuted by the State of Nevada for fraud and should be put out of business.

According to the BBB of Southern Nevada, this company does not have a business license. See the BBB report on this company at the BBB website, Vegasbbb.org. Business ID 1086-0000077913 (Google Pro).

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada, Vegasbbb.org. I encourage all the other victims to file one also.
