Ordered 2 cartons of cigarettes early January. Have ordered before with no problem. Waited required 21 working days. Product never received. Sent numerous emails—never received a response. Website referred to 1-800 number on home page. None to be found on home page or anywhere else for that matter! Found 1-800 number from first order. Called and a man whispered "spammer, spammer".
Fortunately, my bank is reversing the charges.
