Military Imposter, Fraudulent CEO, Fake Magazine Ads, Pornographic Sites

DJ Foothill published his "52 DJ Foothill Facts" on MySpace, claiming that he was an Army Officer, Ranger, Airborne, Special Ops Combatant, and Navy Seal BUD's Instructor; that he has graduated from Duke University, and from California Western Law School, and passed the California Bar on the first try.

All of these claims are false. He also claims that he earned six Purple Hearts, and a Bronze Star in the Black Hawk Down fiasco in Mogadishu. He was never in the military, and is subject to imprisonment for these claims under the Stolen Valor Act of 2005.

His list of published claims have been given to the Las Vegas District Attorney, FBI, American Legion, VFW, POW-MIA Group, Soccom Group, both U.S. Senators from Nevada, Nevada Governor, and the Las Vegas Review, for appropriate action.

He claims to be the publisher and CEO of High Speed Divas Magazine, with a Communications Director named Kalisi Freeman from South Wales, Australia, and Dan Quid, Director of Events, in Las Vegas. Freeman never was a part of this fraudulent scheme, but Quid is up to his neck in claiming great things are happening on the newstands... While they use a counterfeit Bar Code on the so-called magazine that has never been sold in any of the 5 claimed States.

If you know the whereabouts of this Military Imposter, you can identify him and his location in an add-on comment. One of his models wrote me an email saying that he sleeps in flop-houses, sponges off of friends, has no car, does not pay his telephone bills, and is a no-nothing/show nothing photographer, who can't read a light meter, while getting hot spots in every shot he takes.

He is down to asking models to pay him $10.00 per session. But remember, you get what you pay for. He is trying to sell ad space in HSD Magazine, at $450 and $850 for half and full pages, but don't get suckered in. He also claims that he has a deal with Time-Warner for distribution rights beginning in January but they never heard of this scumbag. He also claims to be a BAMF porn star. He's all mouth.
