FTD - Big Hug Bouquet
Very poor value

I had been really dissatisfied within the blossoms requested from FTD that my spouse obtained within the clinic. I requested an "improved" edition of the fundamental "Big Hug Bouquet", increasing the cost from $39.99 to $59.99 (plus tax and S&H).

What she got was what I contemplate no update whatsoever. We obtained a little (13-inches tall) arrangement having a clear-glass container (not the opaque china like one displayed on the webpage). It had been a stylish arrangement, but one I really could have bought at my local store for $15. Our overall price was $80. Those who have observed the agreement were surprised to understand it cost so much.

A problem to FTD went uncertain. They required a reimbursement in the florist, "The Bloom Location" of California, FL. They rejected to supply one, stating they'd utilized "expensive flowers".

I notice that FTD employs local florists, but I purchased from FTD, and that I anticipate FTD to solve the problem. I'll not use FTD again, and would not suggest them to other people. They evidently won't back there items. How may I actually make sure that blossoms I deliver in the united states are the things they are said to be?
