I submitted a request for a free crredit report which would cost me $1.00. I never received a report an now I am being charged $11.95 for monthly membership fees

I submitted a request for a free credit report which was only to cost me $1.00 and a free trial period of 7 days to cance. I never received this report and my checking account is being debited for $11.95 and I am afraid this will continue to be debited each month. There is no way I could speak to a live person andtrying to cancel on line was also impossible.
