Purchased supposedly silver sterling stud heart earrings but when received and checked, could tell that the posts are metal

I purchased the supposed sterling silver heart stud earrings but when I received them, I could tell that the posts are metal inlaid over metal, NOT STERLING AT ALL! One of the posts actually has some roughness to the touch, which as we all know, real sterling does not.

They will refund the item but I have to pay for return shipping and already paid for the original shipping, which they will not refund. It is NOT REAL Tiffany jewelry, so if that's what you want, don't buy it! Actually, it is not real anything!

I intend to pursue further action as this is blatantly fraudulant. I advise anyone interested in purchasing through this type of website to just ask the customer service section any kind of question just to get a response and see if they respond to you in the English language or something else, like Chinese or something. You'll be surprised how different you will feel about purchasing from them once you get a response.
