Hoodia Water No response to emails and no response to telephone calls. Debited my account and no prdouct

I sent for a sample of hoodia water, price 4.95 includeing shipping, this was Oct. 17. I realized it was a rip off when I clicked "send" and was told in small print I would automaically be billed every month $39.00 and could not return the product without a RMA#. I have called been put on hold for as long as 85mins. And I sent emails with no response. My account was debited 39.00 on the 6th of Nov. 2008
